Older roofs can sometimes be uninsurable in the traditional market, this endorsement permits carriers to offer reduced coverage based on the age and material of your roof system.

APPLIES TO WINDSTORM OR HAIL LOSSES

This endorsement only applies to roof losses from windstorm or hail (including hurricane). The associated deductible (AOP or HUR) would apply to any covered loss.
